It's Saturday and i am bored stiff. I put a new lock on the shed, cleaned up the garage a little bit and loaded up some tools and stuff to work on the ***********with over at moms. I went to Wal-mart and then picked up some breakfast for Kim and the boys (Mariahs at work) now I'm waiting to head out to the church for the downtown outreach.
Sounds like typical saturday :( Maybe the football game tonight will be awesome!! there is always hope.

Thanksgiving

well it had to happen sooner or later, my first thanksgiving without dad. It didnt' really seem much different than in years past.

We ate, i took a short nap and then as usual, found some work to do(today we raked the leaves).

Not much to say, the only thing i found missing today was the ever faithful "hello russell" that used to greet me when i hit the living room. I miss that the most.

this could be a really good thing if i can stay with it. I hope this works out for the toher youth leaders. It's been a really long time since we have had this kind of opportunity for the youth to get involved in OUR lives!!!
